When I render sequences with particles (software or hardware) using batch-render or HRB I get jittered Depth data with inconstant data range. This data will use in compose for simulating the DOF. But but How I can solve this problem? When I put my particle array in the invisible (or visible) box or other model container - it doesn't solve this problem.

Hey Boris,
I'm just hazarding a guess here...
Have you checked that the camera you are rendering with has 'Auto Render Clip Plane' switched off?
If you have that option ticked on, Maya will automatically adjust your clipping plane for a 'best fit' on each frame, this will cause variation in your depth maps as your particleShape bounding box changes size as particles are emitted into it.
Switch that option 'off' and set the clipping plane values manually and see if that helps.
