Looking to compile a list of the best maya tutorials.. Any format - books, videos etc.

I have had a mixed fortune with tutorials both online and on DVD, and though pretty subjective, my opinion, having watched the main ones Gnomon, Digital tutors, simply maya, and some of the lesser know one hits on youtube, have to say the most enjoyable to watch, (yes gags too) and most comprehensive in content are the ones from 3DBuzz,
