I’m outputting mattes from Mocha as tiff sequences, and my filesizes are turning out pretty big. In Nuke I can export the same mattes using the default tiff compression (Deflate) and my mattes come out pretty small
Sequence out of Mocha is 130mb Sequence out of Nuke is 4mb
Orders of magnitude different.

Mocha will export out TIFFs at the highest depth possible and we currently don’t have an option for using the compressed version.

Is there any reason you’re using mattes as opposed to the roto shape data?
