I was wondering if we can execute all disk cache node in a script in one go. i.e: Precache a frame range for not just one node but all diskcache nodes.

Have you tried selecting them all and going, in the menu, Render -> Render Selected?
DiskCache nodes are treated in the same way as Write nodes in this sense.
To select them all, you can always just select one and then go Edit -> Select Similar -> Class
