You've got a couple of options for identifying a font...
You can either use identifont.com, which will ask you a series of questions about the font and should lead you to an answer.
Or you can use WhatTheFont, which allows you to upload an image.
It looks like this font is probably a pretty standard Helvetica... Well, possibly Helvetica Narrow...
